the med...nice or not nice?

This picture is from argentina...mhm. and this is me.
It's a new day in the fabulous muwci med centre... i actually didn't stay the night though, because my ex roomie sameera came, and she bribed me out of here by giving the nurse some good ol' arabic baclava. the condidtion was i had to be back here at seven in the morning so the doctor wouldn't notice i had been gone, hehe. and of course i wanted to stay friends with both the nurse and doctor, so i was here knocking the door early morning. i must say, this muwci place is quite interesting sometimes.
so yesterday we had a nice evening sitting around in our house with sameera - i showed her pictures from argentina and we had a nice talk. then we had a sleepover in else and anandita's room (my housemates) and i fell asleep like a rock. brilliant, considering i'm sick and didn't get any sleep the night before...
to be quite honest i'm getting a bit bored with sitting around in this med centre - i should be doing my history internal assessment and a couple of english essays, but i just don't have the energy or the willpower to get started. not nice.
the doctor says he'll let me out tonight though, be about time.. the only thing is it's quite comfortable to sleep all morning knowing that you're excused from all classes...
oh well... maybe i'll sleep a bit more.

I have a blog!

So blog huh... quite nice... hopefully i'll be able to update it now and then in between work and relaxation. i decided to write in English so that this blog will be accessible to everyone I know. so what is up now? i'm in the med centre in school and they won't let me out cos i have tonsilites. not too nice. yesterday i sent off my apps to edinburgh and glascow but i guess it'll take some time before i get any replies. i'm hopeful though!
what else has happened...
this friday was my birthday and now i can proudly say i'm in my last year as a teenager. feels good...
My roommate from last year, Sameera, is coming to campus today in like five minutes so i'm quite excited about that, cos i haven't seen her since may last year! wooh...
and a question for all of you: if you saw a red clock on the wall showing 4:30, what would you think of first? the time or the colour of the clock?
